His penis just dangles in front of my face when he has one leg on the floor and one on the bench. I don't think he realizes he does it. What should I do?

He should realize he's positioned right in front of your face (as if he didn't know!) and will have the opportunity to disengage himself. Keep in mind he may be exactly where he wants to be, but not close enough. His reaction will tell all. He may stand his ground, at which point you may see his interest increase! ;-)

Are you interested in him, or does this just happen to you? You can either tell him: hey man, mind not sticking that thing near me?
Or if your giving off a vibe and he picks up on it , maybe he wants to hookup. If so, smile next time when only he and you are alone. If he is phobic, he wont do it again.

neglect him but do not make any move or action that shpws your worry, i think it is his picking point. He must be gay or thinks he can have a better status by showing than playing the game. Psychologically he is sick
