Any of the Windows Mobile (otherwise known as PocketPC) handheld will. If you use any other, such as Palm handheld, you will need to purchase additional software, but considering the cost is less than $20, it may be worth getting an easy-to-use Palm handheld over others.

You dont have to buy activesync you can download it from the HP website. If you have HP Ipaq. Even though Big Daddy is a bit arrogant he is correct. Just put it in the cradle and it does it for you.

Going to make this as easy and clear as possible...

Install the FREE Activesync software you can download or should come in the box with your pocket pc (hope you were smart enought o buy a pocket pc...not a palm, or black berry)...plug it into the cradle and BAM...you're synced!!!
