Sir' the whole world is manipulated-some countries are worse than us, so be thankful that you do have a smidgeon of input in your life's affairs. On the contrary to your statement, I think americans are the most ill-informed and up to date on current events, history, etc.I saw a show on Jay Leno once where 10 people were asked what the capital of the U.S. was, and out of the 10, only 2 of them were able to say. Pretty sad!

Is this more Anti-US propaganda? Manipulated in whose opinion? If the information is in contrast to what you have (and you ask a pointless question here) does the alternative information mean that the citizens of the US are manipulated? Could it be your information is bad? Could it be you are immersed in manipulated information to cause you to formulate such an opinion? What are your sources? By what authority do you make this statement which you cloak as a question?

Don't confuse manlipulation with compassion. America gives more money and time and work to all parts of the world than any other country. To me, this says that America is more aware than any other country that the way our brothers and sisters live globally affects us all. That seems an educated policy.

Thats an easy question. They watch Fox news, listen to Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and read the American Spectator.
Too easy!

A lot of Americans are very well informed; then there are the lemmings that follow Bush or whomever is in office blindly.

you asked a very good question and made a very good statement all in one. most of the people are stone cold duped into thinking we are this or we are that and they could not be farther off base. if i talk to two people for at least 1 min. i can make a double play every time.

As opposed to whom? A country without free press, whose news and information has to run through State approval first?
Or perhaps a country whose only news source is Al-Jazeera?
I'm not concerned.

They are. Of course, people are starting to get wise to this. The so-called mainstream media is very adept at this. Josef Goebbels would be proud of them.
