If none of the other answers work then look up the maker and model # of your phone on the net and you should be able to find instructions for anything concerning that particular phone. Hope that helps.

First of all I would like to apologise for the apalling 2 first answerers. I am dismayed.
Most home phones have a 'play ' button. All you have to do is press it.

On home phones dont you listen to messages or is this something new? I only have a cell, got rid of landline long ago.
