how come the "LOS ANGELES! Angles" stadium is in Anahaim?

Obviously the Angels' owner knows something about marketing. By changing the name to LA Angels, they got a better TV contract. As Scoscia pointed out, enough to pay for another pitcher. The Angels have the third highest salary in the majors, so they are spending what they make on the players.
Maybe the Dodgers should be the Brooklyn Dodgers of LA to bring in old loyalists from Brooklyn.

Because they used to be the Anaheim Angels, now they are the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim or something like that. Also LA is such a large city that the suburbs are included.

For the same reason that the LOS ANGELES Rams played at that same stadium for years. For the same reason NEW YORK Jets, and the NEW YORK Giants play their home games in NEW JERSEY... because that is what the owners wanted to do.

Because they're not really from Los Angeles. There's only one team in LA and thats the Dodgers. Think Blue!

because the angels are stupid and want to take the dodger fans away from los angeles. they should have stayed with the anaheim name. they don't even play in l.a. county.

I like them best as the California Angles, or even the Anaheim Angels.
I have a feeling they do it for the merchandising.
