They don't when they pick best answer the person who had the best answer gets 10 points, the ones who answer get's two points. They don't decide how many points they give away.

This isn't an option.
Every user's answer gives that user 2 points. This doesn't change.
The user also has a change to have 10 points, if the answer is chosen as a best answer.
If their answer is not chosen as a best answer, then they don't get 10 points.
So you choose either to give 10 pts or not to give 10 pts, there is no other option.

they cant only a best answer gets 10 pts,all the other answers get 2 points
