Hi there,
Whenever I want to find music that's similar to one of my favourite artists, I go to Amazon.com. Basically, you find an album you already love, and then scroll down - Amazon will list a bunch similar artists that "customers also bought". It'll also display 'Listmania', which has top 10 lists users have made of their favourite albums, which included yours. A search for Kraftwerk gives you:
Aphex Twin
Autechre
Boards of Canada
Infected Mushroom
Brian Eno
Tangerine Dream
Art of Noise
Klaus Schulze
Jean Michel Jarre
You can go through their albums & listen to short song clips too.

A different site doing a similar thing also has some good suggestions (fun beats definitely!):
Prodigy, Octane, The Aquabats, Daft Punk, E Nomine, Paul Oakenfold, Pendulum, A Guy Called Gerald, Aphex Twin, Jean Michel Jarre, Haddaway, The Shamen, Moby, A Split-Second, E.S. Posthumus, Skazi, U96, Massive Attack, Koji Kondo, D.H.T., Fatboy Slim, Da Sunlounge, The Chemical Brothers, Cabin Crew, Various Artists, Fad Gadget, Roni Size, 1200 Micrograms, H2SO4, T Power

Happy listening!
