How often should I change my bedding?

I change my sheets and other blankets every week. Is that too often?

I always change mine the morning after ...hehehe..but for the most part i change them at least once a week

I wash sheets every Monday. I only wash blankets 2-3 times a year.

PERFECT.
Not for blankets and spreads,
unless you have lots of people
or pets lounging around on your bed.
I would say every few weeks
for those.

Sheets and pillowcases should
washed be every week, tho.
If you are in a living situation
where you are able to hang
them outside to dry, try that.
You just can not believe what
a wonderful smell drying out
of doors can make.

sounds good for the sheets and blankets....better than some people i know...my ex rommate lived with us for a year and never once changed his sheet or washed any blankets ....SICK the worse part is he didnt do it for his 3 year old daughter eather ...bleh i change my daughters every other day (she is 1 1/2 and drolls and sometimes her diaper almost leaks) mine gets washed every week...blankets about 1 time a month unless they got dirty

They should be changed at least once weekly, but I prefer to change mine every 3-4 days. It's feels so good to get between clean/crisp sheets. And, they smell good too.

I only change bedding every few weeks. Why change it more often if I take a shower a least once a day?

I'm a college student who has to pay to do laundry. I'm lucky if my sheets get washed two or three times a semester. Every week seems like a lot of work and a bit overkill.

I change them when I want them to smell fresh. And I want them fresh all the time! Once a week is not too often. Sounds about right to me.

Weekly is how often I change mine, unless I have a little visitor,(baby) soil them , makes 2 times a week then.

sheets--once a week is fine. blankets--a few times a year should be enough for those big blankets...
