that is totally true Jessica, men have an Apperance of being strong and courageous while in fact, this is all a cover up of their scare and continous worry. My boyfriend gets obssessed from a mosquito bite....as for the reason....Men''s nature....

Number of reasons. Maybe his mom made a big fuss over him when he was feeling bad. Maybe no one did and now he has someone who will.
My best reason is that men have to be big boys when they're little. Sissies cry, but when they're sick they can just be children. Then when they're teenagers, and interested in girls, they have to suck it up and face rejection when girls say "No'. Same thing on the dating scene later. When they get married, they have to be the "man", face competition on the job, go out and bring the bacon home.
I'd just comfort him, agree with him, and give him the TLC he craves. Praise be , its me taking care of my man and not some other gal.

Well hun,i must say when i am sick,i complain alot.Although,i dont usually get sick very often,when i do its bad.
I have yet,to see a man go through pms,lol.I have yet to see one give birth.Then,they would realise a little cold isnt that big of deal.I think women,once they have children tend not to complain so much.They realise that a little cold,tummy bug,or the flu was nothing compared to that,and they got through that so therefore it isnt that bad.You have to give men credit tho,lol they put up with alot from us women!

Men are like that. The world is ending if they have the slightest cold. I only have sympathy when my husband is Very sick. Otherwise I ignore him.
And Hey, Alberto, It's SATURDAY. A lot of people don't work on the weekends.

i hear ya. men are big babies when they get sick. but i have my moments of being a big baby when i'm sick too! hell my x would get a cut on his finger and he'd make it seem like it fell off!

Because they dont claim to be sick every day. I only get "sick" and complain and ***** about it about once every 4 years. So I must be sick. You probably called in sick today and went shoping.

He's trying to get sympathy from you that he doesn't otherwise get. Pay more attention to him and he won't be as dramatic about it.
