It is a computer and I haven't installed anything new recently. It happens on most websites like Abc or you tube but not yahoo.

Let us know the exact wording of the message.

Also, are you using Internet Explorer? Click HELP up on the tool bar, and select ABOUT. Let us know what the version number is.

Does this happen at all websites?

What kind of computer is this? A laptop or desktop?

Is your internet connection wireless? Or is there a phone line attached? Does it dial up to the net or is it DSL or broadband?

Has this always happened, or just start?

Have you installed any new programs lately? Uninstalled anything?

It says something like "Internet Explorer has encountered an unexpected error" right?

That happend to me, I just kept sending error reports.

Look for Windows updates for your computer, there may be IE updates.

Sounds like some spyware and maybe a virus have taken over your computer.

FF will probably work better (http://www.getfirefox.com ), but you should definitely consider running a spyware scan: AdAware SE Personal is a favorite of mine www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

sounds like your browser or operating system is hosed. if you are using IE, get firefox = www.getfirefox.com

if it still gives you those errors, you probably need to reinstall windows.
