simple enough question you say its a full time job so pay the guy a full time salary. i work full time I earn about 320000 my wife works too around 160000 a year, i have staff working for me from between 45000 and 130000 so i guess you have to make a decision of what you feel is morally correct also what nthe guy wants and needs, i would have thought that the job you describe should be remunerated with a minimum of 36000 after tax per annum

If this is a full time job you should consider an hourly pay if he only comes a couple of times a week you should figuer a set pay for each thing he does say if he does the lawn dog poo and all the other stuff once a week avereg how many hours it takes and multiply that times say seven dollars an hour if hes an adult if hes a teen then i would say something like five dollers an hour but if you pay them by the hour make sure they are working and you are not paying them to play around thats why i like a set pay

You don't mention whether he uses his own equipment or not... that makes a difference. I pay $22 for a half-hour lawn mowing job with trimming... if that can be used as a comparison for the time it takes to do three acres.

it depends on how long the job is and how hard it is.. is this a one time thing or weekly? say weekly.. 120 a week for 5-6 hours work. may seem like a lot but thats hard work!

125 to 150 a week, three acres is a lot of work and if he does a good job, that is about right.

THAT IS A LOADED QUESTION. HOW OLD IS HE,HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE , DOES HE DO A GOOD JOB. ALSO IF HE DIDN'T DO IT YOU WOULD HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF. WHAT WOULD THAT BE WORTH TO YOU.
IF IT WAS ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH I WOULD PAY AT LEAST $50BUCKS AN ACRE.

depends on age and experience - if under 15, not very much...if between 16-18 still not very much! - if older - depends on experience.
