Explain what is an ID, and how can I keep the same email address user and open a new email address. Alot get mucho spam. Confused and tired!

If your id isn't already in use at other email provider, you can visit their webpage to create a new mailbox, e.g.
www.hotmail.com
www.yahoo.com
If that id (that part before the @ symbol) is already taken, they usually give you alternatives.
Have you tried adjusting your spam filters? You can set your mailbox to delete anything not sent from a list of trusted addresses (reducing spam).
