Do you pick your enemies or do they pick you?

Depends on why they are your enemy. If someone hates me because I am white, then they picked me. If someone hates me because I am successful, then by my actions, I picked them.

Nice question. I don't think you "pick" enemies I think you "make" enemies. When someone chooses to make an enemy then they made they choice it is up to their targeted person to decide how to react.

I believe that people pick their enemies, they choose who they don't like and set out to be unpleasant to them, however in doing this they are losing their own self respect. After all. it costs nothing to smile and be polite to someone even if you are not fond of them.

some times its both, in my experience. u cant make some one not hate u if thay have already pre judged u and don't want to see it any other way, even if u show them they are wrong. it just makes them hate u even more.as well as u cant pre judge some one and hate them because u don't want to see it .u have to make the choose to see them first and then decide if thay are ur enemie or ur friend.

Both, its called a clash in differences and everyones attitude is "My Sh** dont stink ", so of course people will piss people off with out realizing it. And i'm sure you had moments when you just hated someone or did something to someone just because, right?
