I was on birth control pills for about Two or three months but kept forgetting to take them so I stoped and a month or so later I started getting sick like pregnancy symtoms but not untill I had unprotected sex so could I be pregnant or is it from coming off birth control pills?

it could be both..i was on ortho tri cyclen lo for a while ..and when i came off of it i felt the same way...it usually is your hormones going back to normal...and adjusting to your body

It could just be your hormones re-adjusting. But, if you had unprotected sex, there is a very good possibility that you are pregnant. The only way to know for sure is to take a test.
