Yes I went to one at Psychic fair and afterwards had bad luck for almost a full year!
So I'm leary of them now. There's Good and bad in every field! The bad always spoil it for
good! Oh about 83% of the stuff Bernice the psychic has come true! The 17% didn't that didn't happen was probably her opinion rather than psychic projection! Some psychics do get
confused what was their opinion and what was the psychic projection.

I see a psychic pretty regularly. She is very helpful to me. She is 98% accurate. Just be careful in choosing one. My rule is if they don't try to rip you off for a session but charge a reasonable rate. Mine charges $20 for 20 minutes. I think that's fair as she has costs of living like everyone else does. 20 minutes is all you need for a meeting. You will hear so much during that time it will take you 2 weeks to process it all. Take a tape recorder or take notes to remember what she tells you. Also to choose, meet the person and then, go with the gut feeling you have the first time. If the reading leaves you flat, don't go back. If you feel like you have a renewed outlook on life, then they are the one. Good luck and see clearly.

Read and accept: no one has supernatural powers. Psychics are bogus.
Some are very good, however. They do "cold" readings based on your age, appearance, attire, vocabulary and little clues you inadvertently drop about your life. They can be surprisingly accurate about the state of your life: for instance, if you appear anxious, they will quickly tell you that some problems is bothering you right now. Thank you, Captain Obvious! Did they read your mind? No - they read your facial expressions, tone of voice and body language.
Cross their palm with silver and they will tell you what you want to hear. It's possible to make hundreds of statements that apply to virtually everyone. "When people get to know you they find that you are a warm, caring person." "You are a responsible person who sometimes has a hard time making decisions." "You love your family but there are moments when you can't stand them." See what I mean? Woo hoo - I think maybe I have psychic powers!!!
Think about it. If anyone actually had such a gift, would JonBenet Ramsay's murder have gone unsolved for ten years? Or any other "cold case"? Why don't police departments hire a staff of psychics? The question is asked, If there are psychics, why can't they win money on horse races or the World Series? They will answer that they would lose their powers if they used them for personal gain. That's just absurd. All they had to do was pick one correct Powerball winning number and they could retire for life from the psychic business!
Save your money. Talk to a clergyperson, a counselor or one of your trusted friends to help you sort out your problems.

One does not have to have a high moral character to be psychic, and yes I am a psychic. As I cultivated and expanded various psychic skills I realized I had a responsibility to myself and others. I use this gift to enhance my life and the lives my clients. Using psychic powers to control, hurt others, cause fear, predict disaster, acquire wealth, prestige, impress others, or any other egotistical gratification will have karmic repercussions. I have seen the very worst and the very best in this business, and you bet there are some real con artists out there. Like any other profession, whether it be a doctor, lawyer, teacher, etc. be discerning in your choices and listen to your own intuition. I have had some wonderful experiences doing this job.

Psychics (the famous ones) have about a 3% success rate. They predict so much and try to be vague so as any situation can be adjusted to have been a prediction.
There is one "Psychic" that has a 70% accuracy rating that I know of. His name is Paul Harvey. He is an American News commentator and an Icon of talk radio. He once made ten predictions for the coming year and put these ten predictions in a file. One year later, he opened the file and 7 out of 10 of his "predictions" came to pass. I can remember it because one of the predictions was a volcano erupting within the Continental United States. It was the year Mt. St. Helens blew up.

Psychics get their money off listening and paying attention to subtle clues you give off or might have said, and then use those clues to make conclusions or "predictions" of your future. If you've ever paid attention to horoscopes, they are overly generalized assumptions made to make people feel as if they are being understood on some kind of higher spiritual level. But if you read the horoscope for a sign that isn't yours, you are still likely to find some connections between it and your life. My advice: Life is a sequence of events; some in your control, others not. You will never understand why things happen the way they do, but that's all part of being human. You can't pay someone to make your life make sense to you.

I am not a believer but I have seen people going to psychics and I agree that a lot of them are scams but the couple of experiences I had I can't deny that there is a higher power that some people (psychics) achieve. I have gone to one "Chaman's" ceremony and actually I was stunned for what he was saying to the people that was consulting... The ceremony I went was in Peru....

Hmm....Psychics....the much debated question....
I really don't know whether they are fake or not.
But I do know this:
They PROBABLY (not sure) say very unspecific things like "something good will happen tomorrow". What are the chances that something, minor or major, will happen that is at least remotely good? Yep, something kind of good happens nearly every day. Anyway, if you're going to go to a psychic, I would say you should go to a cheap one (just in case they're fake) and have them do palm reading. Palm reading is cool. Accurate or not, its sort of weird how they interpret the lines on your hands.
...
Lol.
Hope that helps! :)

My husband is psychic, but he can't just call it up when he wants to--it just comes on when it's ready. I've seen too many strange things, and seen him do too many strange things, not to believe. When he gets the feeling, we play bingo. Last week we went with $250, played all night, and still came home with $400. He mentions 30 year old songs just before they come on the radio, he knows from a distance when his mom or I need him, and has shown up, unasked, when a friend needed help. I never believed in such a thing before I met him, but there's no doubt in my mind now.

Well, I feel if they a real psychic they would be rich from winning lotteries and going to the horse track, investing it stocks and commodities. But, most make a living selling books about junk they have made up and reading palms of people who think they real. But, this just my guess, maybe they are rich and want even more reading palms. Myself, if I were psychic I be on a Beach somewhere drinking Margaritas and telling others who ask me which stock to buy or horse to bet at no charge.
