Indian woman and western woman are all women only. But due to culture and family customs made them different,Way of dressing,way of moving with others vary from each other. In India we do not allow our children for dating.May be in some familes they allow thier children. We give high value for our marriage.Advantages and disadvantages are in the arranged marriages. But advantages are more. And in India very few aged homes are formed.We live in joint family only.We can say many more things in bringing up the children also.When they are very small children we do not them put in a separate room May be due to the influence of western culture some parents try to follow western culture. Strange question. I believe the main difference is that a woman from India, comes from India and is Asian and a western woman, well a western woman comes from the west and would most probably (but not all the time) be Caucasian.
