I know of a few health food stores, and I do shop in them, would they have this, and Orientle/Aisen markets?
How much dose it cost ? Ball park figuar..

You should be able to get mangosteen juice at any health food store. Xango is an MLM to distribute the product. I think you'll probably pay between $15 and $20 a bottle for it. Just remember that not all alternative therapies work the same for everybody. It all depends on what you need to bring your body back into balance.

Mangosteen has a few benefits but none with medical validation. If you check the mayo clinic online, you will see this.
