there are some seepage occured in building how can it be repaired

You can install drains into the existing structure or protect the structure from the outside by using moisture barriers. You could also install an adequate drainage system outside the building to prevent water from coming near the building.

Most answers are good.

Fist check grading outside the house. Sinkage around the foundation should be back filled. if this does not do the trick.

Next:

Outside Tiles and a sump pump should solve the problem.

If the foundation does not have sealant on the outside wall, then it should be applied while installing tile.

If you are in USA your local hardware stores should have list of contractors, and he can explain you by pointing out the systems components and its function.
