I have tried WD-40 Belt Dressing and it still squeeks. It used to just squeek for a miniute and when i would turn the air off it would stop. Now it squeeks regardless of weither the air is on or off. It will stop when i am driving at a good speed but when i hit the brake it squeals loudly.

The belt was loose and slipping but now that you have sprayed it with WD-40 it,s just bad. Get it replaced and have it properly tensioned.
