Good leaders pick people to work for them that have different kinds of talents than they possess. Good leaders treat every one of their workers with respect and empathy. They act as role models and model leadership qualities to those who are employed by them. They blaze new paths and if that means that they employ with unique talents that can make their businesses innovative most leaders would go with it , especially if the bottom line is they make more profit .

Of course. That is an excellent quality to have in a leader, and necessary if a leader is to be respected.

One person cannot do everything, no matter how talented. To successfully accomplish a major project or task, it is very necessary to have many different talents and many different people.

A true leader recognizes this and is not intimidated by having others around him/her who can do things that he/she cannot do.

Of course! The best leaders in the world recognize the talents of others and put them to good use! If you think you can do everything better yourself, you are no type of leader at all.

Yes, it is important. A good leader realizes this and surrounds himself with these people. Somebody want to tell Bush about this? He doesn't know it.
