Unfortunately, you don't get to decide on the size of your enlargement, because the procedure is done by cutting the ligament that holds your penis upright, thus freeing up between 1-2 inches of "hidden" penis. Therefore, you will see a gain of between 1 and 2 inches, it's not like breast enlargement, you don't get to choose. Of course, had you actually spoken to a plastic surgeon you would already know this, and so to claim you are "getting one" is highly optimistic of you since you haven't even completed phase 1. Asking women what size they prefer is silly, because women are the poorest judge of penis size there is, and I don't know many women who carry rulers with them to bed--they only parrot the absurd claims made by teenage boys on sites like these. See no further than the "8 inches" response you just received by another poster. Less than 5% of males have a penis that size or larger.

I just read an article in the paper a guy having his enlarged and the doctor accidentaly got his chart mixed up with another patient having a sex change and needless to say when he woke up, he was a woman, LOL Good luck I hope this doesnt happen to you!

8. More isn't always better. some women aren't anatomically suited for such a large penis. On a nicer note, if you find someone who loves you, they don't care!
