Well it depends on your body type. For instance if your build is small then you would probably want to weigh 110-120, medium build 120-150lbs, and large frame 150-170. Also you need to take in to account your muscle mass! If you are athletic and have lots of muscle then you will weigh more since muscle weighs more than fat. What I recommend is that you get a body fat test done at your university's athletic department. For a woman it's normal to have 10-15% body fat and for a man 2-5%. (Women have more since we are the 'barers of life'). If you feel you need to lose weight do it in a constructive manner...by this I mean that you should go to your local health foods store (something like Sunharvest and get some dietary supplement with alfalfa...this is very natural for your body and it will give you so much energy that you will burn fat and lose weight without having to damage your body by taking water pills, caffine pills and all those other synthetic weight loss pills or drinks. Remember, weight loss is about getting a healthier you so........ don't do it in a destructive way cause that would defeat the whole purpose! Take care and good luck with whatever you are going through!

In this age of pencil thin supermodels, 120 is too much, but I disagree. I think it is a good healthy weight for your height.

Forget the supermodels; stay healthy!
