normal softwares only i use
one anti virus and no big games i have

It's either overheating or the power supply is not enough for your system. I would try to do a windows repair first to see if there are any corrupt files in your system. Use the Windows XP disc and use the repair option. If that doesn't fix it, clean out all the fans in your computer. They may be clogged with dirt. Last option is to get a new power supply and see if that fixes it. you want about 500 watt power supply and a good brand.

If u have a Dell is something that you will have to live with. Dell's will do that 4 no reason all of a sudden. Also make sure you have a good anti-spyware. Ad-aware is good and its free. www.download.com search adaware

If you have internet access, then try to remove spyware from your PC.
Then try to re-install windows.
If still problem persists, Check the Power supply (SMPS)
This should work.
