No epilators are not good for people who have sensitive skin.

Once upon a time I thought an epilator would be the answer to my unwanted hair. I used one, or rather tried to get used to it, and it was very painful. It wasn't worth the pain; I have sensitive skin and even a pretty high pain threshold in general. I had to quit and I got rid of it. It was like I was torturing myself and I would even cry from the pain. Now I just shave and I am happy with removing it that way. So, no, I do not recommend it to you.

No they are not good for sensitive skin. You must have tough skin and a high pain threshold.
