You can't really get ride of genital warts. The only way to get ride of the warts is to have them burned off by a doctor . But even then the virus that causes the warts stays in your system forever, so they will come back. There are medicines that can control the symptoms.

I had a genital wart removed and do not have HIV. They two are not related.
Go to a dermatologist to get it checked out (and remedied).

Do you mean HPV (human pavilloma virus)?
Yes, they are probably that, but could be herpes.
Have it check out immediately, they have a method to remove the warts so you don't infect your partners.

I had one removed in the doctor's office a long time ago, it was no big deal that I had, hope yours is no big deal.
