I found Rexona and Fa both to be lacking in effectiveness, but don't recall trying Dove. Anything that says anti-perspirant on it should do the trick. I like stick and roll-on, myself, but it's up to you. You may need to carry it with you and re-apply it after a few hours, however. Sprays last for an even shorter time definitely carry those along with you to re-apply! If your country does not have anti-perspirant available (some don't) you may have to have a friend bring some back from a trip out-of-country. I know Great Britain and Sweden and Norway all do. I think the Netherlands might. Germany and Denmark didn't -- I had friends bring it back for me when I was in these places. Of course, I brought it back for friends in Germany when I was in these other countries that had the good stuff. (I served all over northern Europe with a traveling theatre company for several years.)

To stop sweating the best product to use is certain dri....you put it on at night wash it off in the morning and depending on how much you usually sweat it could last up to 3 days or more. For me it usually last a week and i found it in target and it is not even expensive. It's worth it if you sweat a lot especially if you sweat for no apparent reason becuase you might have hyperhydrosis.

I think you should look into the cause of severe sweating instead of looking for an antiperspirant with aluminum in it. Most of the clients I've seen with this problem had an over active thyroid gland.

If you want to stop sweating, you need an antiperspirent, not a deodorant. There is a differnce. Some products do both.
