Have you saw Madonna and those... leotards! It's like, "put on some decent clothes, you'll catch a cold."
She covered up more when she was younger. Shouldn't it be vice versa?

I think the current fashion trends are horrendous! It is completely unreasonable to try shopping for a young girl. It is not appropriate for a young girl to have a shirt that has a completely see through back, a plunging neckline, any type of phrase written across the bumb etc. I think fashion designers should get a grip and stop trying to parade our young daughters around like tiny trophies just waiting for some pedophile to snatch them up. This is disgusting and ridiculous. Where is the responsibility of the fashion industry? Do they seriously think that marketing thongs to 6 year olds is okay? (There was a recent lawsuit against the Gap for this very prolbem). I don't think age restrictions will help - - -I think their should be restrictions made on the designers. . .

No - Fashion changes and alters almost every 3- 4 days. As trends often change and come back later on in the year, kids are much entitled to wear these fashions as the same for an old person.
Surely it would be a parents responsibility whether they are happy for their 13 year old daughter to wear a mini skirt and short top. As much as society would disapprove of this, to many teens whats in? makes them cool and help their social confidence build.

the current fashion trends are a mess, the skinny leg jeans went out of style for a reason , everyone could not wear them , so i say that only mature individuals between the ages of 30 and over should handle fashion trends

The only fashion trend that really bugs me is pre-teen girls with T-shirts with slogans like Biaatch! or So many men so few can afford me! .Why do women think its OK for their daughter's to go out like that? Exactly what kind of message does that send out?

I think the trends are fine, I just feel the people in them should focus more on dressing to compliment their bodies instead of being the trendiest thing on the street. I think young girls should cover up just as much as teenagers, and adults. But to each his own.

that is one of the reasons why i would never wear leggins.. you see some kid down the street whose like 10 years old or younger wearing them cause they bought it at "abercrombie kids" or "limited too" or anything like that. why would a 17 year old want to wear something that kids wear to elementary school? i think that there should be a restriction.

What's in fashion? I just wear what I like and feel comfortable in. If you look good then there is always someone who thinks you don't.

Even if their were an age restriction on what someone could wear it would be impossible to entrust that law.

Fashion trends vary around the world. Could you be more specific, possibly with a link to a page illustrating what you mean? Thanks.
