Build a frame out of 3/4" galvanized pipe and fit with a female garden hose fitting. Purchase standard grease fittings with 1/4 pipe threads. purchase a 1/4" pipe thread tap and a proper sized drill bit. Space the holes about 8 " apart and drill and tap to accept the grease fittings. File off the bottom of the grease fittings and remove the spring and ball and discard.
Fit the grease fittings into the holes and tighten securely. To get a fan spray cut a straight slot across the top of the grease fitting and orient it parallel to the supply pipe.

Good Luck!!

I have seen these used to wash driveways etc........

Yes there called hoses;^) Seriously though you can build a PVC washer but you will have to have a pump to pressurize it since you are talking of multiple outlets. How about this go buy 20 adjustable hose nozzles ,50ft of 3/4 in pvc 20 ts and 20 males ((for the hose nozzles);4 L's(for the corners) a 1/2 hp water pump(plus hose to connect).Glue and Hook it all up and try it.Shouldn't cost more than $500 or so(not counting water bill)

This is why they invented commercial car washes. You get hot water there, and the water is not running out into the street and down the storm sewers which are not equipped to treat the detergents you use when you wash a car. Plus the car washes are probably more water efficient than someone washing their car in the driveway. Plus you are giving an unskilled person a job.

I'm sure your neighbors will be THRILLED.

You could probably do this out of PVC, but you'll need some serious pressure for it to do any good. Don't you have a $3 car wash in your town? You could probably do 112 car washes for what it cost to do this.

I have seen a homemade deal of plumbing pipes put together in the shape of a square, big enough to drive your vehical through. ther were holes drilled every so often where they wanted the water to shoot through all th way around the square pointing toward th vehical. it was hooked to a hydrant. you could use a smaller diameter pipe to increase water pressure and drive through slowly. i'll bet that would work, good luck

If the clearance is high enough, place an oscillating sprinkler under your vehicle for a few minutes.
