Ask your questions in the motorcycle section. You'll get better answers.
Loosen the locknut at the clutch lever and turn the adjuster out.
If you tried that and it didn't help, the cable might be a little stretched. There is an adjuster in the cable itself. Follow the cable from the lever towards the motor and you'll see the adjuster as part of the cable.

once you pull in the seize lever, there must be about a million/8" or 4mm of loose play (until eventually there is stress on the cable). If that would not fix your problem, the seize cable has an adjuster equipped into the cable itself. follow the cable from the seize lever right down to the engine. you won't be able to miss it.

Your question is not clear. Is the clutch slipping or will it not release enough to enable you to shift gears.

If is it slipping, there are only two causes. !. the linkage between the pedal and the "Throw out" bearing is too long and it keeps the clutch depress partially.

2. The lining of the clutch is too worn and needs to be replaced, No cure possible by adjustments.

It it will not release the transmission from the engine, the linkage needs to be made longer.

Linkage is the only adjustment possible for your car.
