Are you asking this from North America? If yes, then you can cross from Alaska into Siberia via the Ice Bridge then use the Siberian Highway or take the Siberian Express to Calais in Northern France, Once there you use the Channel Tunnel into England and the rest of the British mainland, HOWEVER, there is no way to reach Ireland unless you fly or use the shortest of ferry routes from Scotland to Northern Ireland and then travel by car or train to Eire.

It all depends from where you are coming... Ireland is an island but the Channel Tunnel connects England to Europe. So it is possible in theory, to drive there from almost any part of the world...............

As they are both islands you don't have other choices.
