I am thinking of taking them tonight. My friend just had a baby and she is 15 and very stressed so I thought that I would share them with her, so that she can come with me to the other dimension. But, what do we do once we get there? Can the baby come to?

I'm truly hoping that you're joking -- and I'm not insulting you when I say that. I just really hope that you came on here and wanted to pull a prank. BUT, in the case that my hopes cannot be confirmed, I'll answer you truthfully:
NO! DO NOT DO THAT! It will obviously kill the baby, if you give it one of those pills, and giving one to your friend will just make things worse. You have no ideas what kinds of long term effects those pills could have on your body or mind, and with a new mother, things are much more dangerous. She'd forget where she placed the baby, be much more carefree about the baby's safety, thereby increasing the newborn's chances of dying from very little to a hell of a lot.
Also -- the reason, in my thoughts, of why the baby can't handle the pills. My mother was a nurse, so I think I know a little bit about medicine and can answer this for you. So: when you take a pill, it is dissolved by your stomach acid, and then is sent to your liver, which filters it around and sends it to the appropriate parts of your body. A baby's live, however, is not fully grown, and, therefore, can't take pills -- if given one, it'll basically have an overdose and die.
When your cousin or whoever told you that those pills would take you to another dimension, he didn't mean literally. Most likely, those things will just alter your perception in such a serious way that your reality is altered completely. While that may sound fun, again, you have no idea what is in those pills -- they could have horrible long-term effects on your body, they could kill you, et cetera.
However, I am much more worried for the baby than for you, to be honest. If you take those pills, then PLEASE, do not give any to the mother! She might give some to the baby, unless you've properly explained how they can kill the hell out of the newborn. Even if she just takes them, she might drop the child and not care enough to pick him/her up and take it to the hospital.
I think it's quite obvious by now that, when I said I was hoping you were joking, I was serious. If you ARE joking, then good job -- that was actually kinda funny. But I also want to punch you a little.

Are you positive that you're ready for inter-dimensional travel? What your cousin gave you sounds like a psychedelic drug, but it could be anything. Why don't you postpone the trip for at least a few years? If your friend is very stressed, it could freak her out totally. I'm not trying to tell you what to do. But you did ask, and I'm just trying to talk to you like a kid who's been around the block a few more times than you have.

Your kidding right. umm.... I would take those pills and shove them up your cousins @ss. Whole other dimension...bull Sh!t. I think that whole other dimension is just another way of saying... jail cell. Seriously... Use your brain while you still have good use of it.

sounds like LSD or acid trip l would not recommend anyone to take them. Be of great courage and face this real world of dimension only a coward needs drugs.

No, no! Do not take anything that you do not know what it is! Or anything that you do know what it is if it is an illegal drug. Anything can happen to you. You do not know how it will affect your body. Take the pills and flush them down the toilet.
