Work out your LEGS. Most of your velocity will come from lower body strength. Look at Roger Clemens (or any great pitcher) and you'll notice that while many of them have slim upper bodies, they have thick, well-developed legs.

Its all in the legs. For the most part, pitchers dont have bulky arms, so doing curls or arm streghthening will not do it for you. Leg and butt excersises is what will give you power. That and alot of practice.

Exercise and practice. And, go to fantasy camp or something. Or...... maybe sign up for baseball leagues and develop skills

Long toss every day, doing that will build up your arm strength, whill will increase your velocity.
