*the free email yahoo account PULLED INTO MY CURRENT DSL ACCOUNT.
*I have my main account and then I have right along side it the tab of my old yahoo email account.
*installation gave option and I ACCIDENTALLY CLICKED ON YES.
*once I saw this account was now part of my DSL account I called ATT and tech support said I needed to suspend it - they just weren't sure how to for me to call them back at different hours.
*i called back at the hour suggested, they didn't know how to do this and asked there supervisor.
*they sent me to regular yahoo email website and asked me to put my question there and yahoo would get back to me, they haven't now for 3 days.
*is it possible perhaps to reinstall the dsl with the disk and try again, or would this mess everything up.
*I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO ARE TRYING TO HELP ME - BETTER THAN CALLING TECH SUPPORT - I FEEL I HAVE NEW FRIENDS OUT HERE. :)

Not sure really. When you merged the two this will most likely be on-line and reinstalling the DSL may not do anything. You might try, but, my guess would be it on their server and would just revert back to what you have. They may have never been confronted with this problem and not really have a way to reverse it once it is done. You may be able to delete the Free Account, then I think after a certain time you can use that same Name to re-establish the Account. The problem here would be someone using that name when it becomes available again before you have time to do it, if, you understand what I am saying. This all I can think of off hand.
