Chlorine dries your skin.
If you wanna lighten your skin, just stay out of the sun.
But why do you wanna lighten your skin? What's wrong with dark skin? If black guys aren't dating you, go for another race. I'm sure most other races will appreciate a girl for who she is and how well she takes care of herself, and not because of her colouring.

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.
The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!

Now, why the h*ll would you want to soak yerself in chlorine??? It's dangerous, unhealthy and completely whacko. You may end up a shade or two lighter in the ER and be sorry for a long time. So, don't. Just accept yerself like you are.

This will not work and you should not try it. Not only is bleach poison , it can damage your skin, this is bad stuff leave it alone. You want lighter skin see a doctor like Michel Jackson did.

I don't think it will, it might even make you sick.
It is sad that you would think you need to. Be proud of yourself , work hard and stay out of trouble, always be kind to others and expect the same for yourself. Leave anyone or any place that doesn't help you to gain your ideals.

We are ALL made in Gods' image-meaning that we are the exact results of what beautiful is.Accept yourself as you are,and remember that God doensn't make mistakes.Never compare yourself either with these images from what the media believes is beautiful. Love Yourself -your an individual.

I don't think so. Your skin tone is fine though!
Try to stay out of the sun; put some sunscreen on when you go outside.
