The general zip code for the city of Naples is 80100. But if you want your letter to arrive safely and quiclky, you really need to add the specific zip for the street. All big cities have lots of zip codes according to the street or city area. For example, the general zip code for Rome is 00100, but then you have 00144 for a certain area or 00166 for another, etc. Do you have the street name? If you just put the general zip code, your letter will take a lot longer to reach the addressee, if it get there at all!

80139 is the zip code, I looked it up on the internet for you so this I'm sure is the right one.

it depends on the street name, like in all Italian large cities. go to this link and insert the correct address, it will give you the correct postal code:
http://www.poste.it/online/cercacap/
under "seleziona la località " pick NAPOLI, then write the address in the box below ("indirizzo")
