Do not believe what he just told you. Any smart man would know to use a condom when about to have sex not before he is about to finish. And any doctor would tell you that you are suppose to use a condom when you start intercourse. Your BF needs to be educated.
Some women have gotten pregnant from the Pre stuff so you do not want to risk that.
Your BF is STUPID. He just does not want to use a condom because it does not feel good...well he does not have to carry a baby for 9 months and take care of one for 18 years so he needs to get a reality check.

He's wrong.
He should have the condom on if he's going to insert at all. Guys are leaky. He lied to you. Doctors would not give him that kind of advice. You want proof? Call your own doctor and ask him/her. Call a free nurse line.
If you don't dump him. Consider using an additional spermicide like a foam or a film.
Personally, I'd be worried about STD's. If he'd lie to you about insertion, what else would he lie to you about?

You should break up with him, he's not using a condom because he prefers the feeling of skin on skin, just as most men do.
Condoms must be worn anytime contact is made in oder to be effective against pregnancy. Semen can seep out at any time, theres pre-ejaculate jsut from the motion of the ocean during sex.
He's being selfish and risking a babies life with his urges. You shouldnt let him near you without a condom on.

First of all, You can get pregnant from the pre-ejaculate semenal fluid. So, please make him put a condom on before going near you with that thing. Second, I have some concerns about your bf. He has blatently lied about this subject to you. Any doctor will tell you differently than he did. This tells me that he doesn't really care about you or your well being only about getting in your pants any way he wants to even if he has to lie. He just blew his integrity and I suggest you find another guy.

the best time to wear a condom is before you insert, not only do you protect yourself against pregnancy, but std's as well, and aids. Everytime you sleep with someone without a condom you are sleeping with everyone else they have slept with. Don't take a chance, and if he is not willing to wear a condom the whole time, he ain't worth spit

The condom should be put on before insertion and be kept on as long as he is inside you.
1) It helps prevent the spread of diseases...
2) No guy can guarantee he can "pull out" in time in the throes of the moment.
If he throws a tantrum about having to wear one, cut him off... he'll learn.

He's not right. There's a slight possibility to get pregnant even before he comes. Some, little amount of sperm still comes out during all periods of sex. So, better not to take chances, if pregnancy is completely not in your plans. Also, I understand he's your boyfriend and you trust him, but don't forget about STDs.

a number of the time, i won't tell if the condom is on or no longer. i myself verify to make specific it continues to be there. So, no, it truly is in contrast to wearing plastic. As to your virginity question...as quickly as your p*nis is going a number of the way in, then virginity is long previous. Ejaculation has no longer something to do with it. "Oh, wait, yet my acquaintances mentioned..." Huh? your persons now make up the policies for virginity?

He's lying to you. He should always have a condom on if there is penetration. I'm suprised he hasn't told you that they don't fit him right or they don't feel the same.
This guy obviously doesn't respect you enough to tell you the truth, or enough to care whether or not he gets you pregnant or spreads diseases. I'd tell him to wear a condom every time or there won't be any more sex.

He's not telling the truth...I'm sorry I had to tell you that. There is a definite, though slight, risk of pregnancy when he inserts it even though he doesn't come, because there is a slight release of seminal fluid throughout the erection, not just during the ejaculation.
No medical professional would ever tell him differently.
