Ill be in San Fran on Thursday Night. I dont want to do the Tourist stuff or chain places. Im looking for a cool area with good eats and fun places to go after. Things that a Local would do rather than a Tourist.
Any suggestions, weblinks and neighborhoods would be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!!!

All of the other places that have been listed are pretty touristy (House of Nanking and Stinking Rose). If you want the local SF experience (complete with urban blight) I would go to the Mission District. It has some great clubs and restaurants, but it is a little rough around the edges. If you are looking for a more upscale experience, try the yuppie Marina or Noe Valley neighborhoods.
Check out the "Best of" SF Bay Guardian for ideas on where to go in any of these three neighborhoods.

My favorite touristy thing to do in SF is the Tonga Room at the Fairmount Hotel. It is so cheesy it is fun. It isn't too far from your hotel (just up at the top of Nob Hill--follow the cable car), so it is worth the visit to see the "rainstorm" on the floating stage while drinking out of tiki mugs before or after you have hit the town.
Redwood room is nice and classy.
Not sure if you would like all vegi food, but Greens in Fort Mason has the best view (the Golden Gate) of any restaurant in the city.
I think the Cat Club has a "bondage night" as a regular theme evening but I think the 80's night is different with a different crowd. I don't think it is an '80's bondage club.
Forgot to mention:
MAKE SURE YOU PLAN FOR THE TRAFFIC WHEN THEY CLOSE THE BAY BRIDGE ON FRIDAY NIGHT (just before midnight)! They are replacing a section of the bridge and the bridge will be closed for four days. Otherwise you may face the worse traffic you have ever seen in your life.

Go to Chinatown or Little Italy (which are adjacent). There are some great restaurants there. If you like a Chinese restaurant, go to House of Nanking for lunch. It opens at 11 a.m., and I suggest for you to be there 15 minutes before as the place gets jammed very quickly. It is a little hole in the wall, but the food is fresha and amazingly delicious. The restaurant is packed day in and day out! Try the calamary, it's unbelieveable!
Afterwards, you can walk to Little Italy which is half a block a way and check out places there for dinner. From there, you can walk to Union Square (which is about a 10 minute walk) or Fisherman's Wharf (which is about a 20 minute walk).
Bon voyage! Enjoy your stay!

Well I would stay far far away from the Tenerloin. If you do go a great place for pizza is Market and Powell. Two great places that are expensive is called the Stinky Rose or Schroeders. I personally think the better clubs are in Oakland.

Impala-hip hop
Dolce- mainstream pop+hip hop
Beauty Bar-fun place to dance and drink
Blondies Bar and No Grill-smaller place with a decent dance floor and decent music. The house designed maritinis are a big bang for your buck and really tasty
