There are a number of reasons E.D affects men, including but no limited to anxiety, pressure to perform, psychological traumas, being in an uncomfortable environment, or other related health problems such as heart problems etc. Try having sex when you are relaxed and there is no pressure around. Even though we want the sex, a pushing partner can have negative effects, or just the fact that you think you will have sex will generate anxiety affecting you adversely. If this doesn't work, then is time to visit your primary health care physician to determine what is the cause of your problem. If its psychological therapy has proven to be successful in most of the cases and there are a wide variety of medications including cialis, levitra and Viagra that successfully treat this ailment. Depending what results you obtain your doctor will determine if you qualify for treatment. Please don't worry about this is perfectly normal and it happens, just make sure you solve it, that's all it matters!

it could be a simple explanation or a extended one, I have found out though that if a man has too many things on his mind, especially on a subconcious level. our minds are so full of things that could in actuality play tricks on your body. First things first, check out all medical reasons for this and make sure there is nothing wrong physically, then go from there. It is not abnormal or uncommon for this to happen, it happens more than you would ever know, but of course no man is ever going to talk about it for all know reasons. also if you put too much pressure on urself to perform it will happen, try to maybe just make a relaxing eveing with your girlfriend w/ any planned ideas of sex, a bath together, candles and just enjoy eachothers breaths and bodies and talk without the sex as an outcome. enjoy the moment.

How old are you? Do you smoke alot? Drink alot? Do you have diabetes, high blood pressure?? Are you on anti-depressants? Are you stressed out at work, or otherwise? Do you eat high-fat content foods? If the answer is no to all these, get to a doctor. If the answer is yes, get to a doctor, cuz he/she can probably help.

I think the doctor you need is called a "urologist", or a doctor of urology. But that is a specialist. One to see first is a family doctor, or general practice doc.
