Try LimeWire but it might be a SUPER HUGE MEGA VIRUS, that causes you to buy a new computer........ Let's see... $7.99 for a used copy of Vice City, or $1000 for a new computer. See I'd just cough up the 9 bucks and don't risk my computer at all.

you can get it off limewire but i would highly urge you to stay away from the EXE files. get the ones that are zip or rar files and you should be okay.
