welll stop all sodas and chips and high caloric snacks. exercise anyone? doing 30 min or ore of cardio EVERYDAY is actually the minimum every single person needs to stay healthy and have an average weight. start by doing these two things and stay away form chocolate. try adding some more fruits and veggies. there are a lots out there so there should be no problem finding stuff you like. good luck and trust me, its not jsut me who says this, but the American Heart Association.

You cannot control where the fat accumulates and where it doesn't. You can only control the total amount of fat in your body with diet and exercise.
I suggest that you change the kind of food you eat. Avoid eating and drinking artificially concentrated sugary sweets because such foods and drinks destroy hormonal balance between insulin and leptin in your body and increase your appetite inappropriately. And avoid eating animal fats and deep-fried foods such as chips and french fries. Eat fish, lean meats, unsweetened milk products, whole wheat bread, and a variety of fruits and vegetables, and salads with olive oil.
Most people can keep healthy and lean simply by eating healthy foods as much as they want and avoiding unhealthy foods, especially anything that has sugar added to it.

I think u should start excercises. I think brisk walking daily starting from 45 mins and extending upto 1 hr.Besides, cycling will help u reduce the fat in ur legs. Then i think u should reduce fatty food intake. Proper diet and regular excercise will give good results.

ok drink lots and lots of water this will remove toxins and fat will reduce. drind hot water mix with honey early in the morning without havein ur breakfast. do this dailyand go 4 a morning walk daily.reduce fast food this will make u accumulate fat. try this it works.

you have to do yoga. sleep flat on your back raise legs and do cycling for 15 minutes.
