ok basically its this: start out with no soda and chips and slowly incorporate fruits/vegetables. then start out every day for 30 min of cardio. once u get comfortable with 30 min, add 5 min. keep on adding 5 min till you reach about 1 hour which is an effective time to lose lots of weight. its not easy at first but all this will be easy to incorporate in your daily routine.

i know this sounds weird but it really works...when your all alone just listen to some music and just DANCE..no not like that..i mean you know normal dancing..i listen to hips dont lie that gets me in the mood for dancing:) make sure you move your hips and your stomach giving it a stretch that way it will be fun and also help you lose a lil weiight:)

well u'll lose it slow if you u dont diet but run run run, sit ups some leglifts ...get on hands and knees and lift one of your legs till its parallel with the floor like your a dog peeing on a fire hydrant, lift up and down till 20 then switch then back to original leg, extend it back and lift it up passed your butt, but still keep your leg strait behind you...do some sit ups pushups ...then run ..jump on trampoline etc. etc. just get out more
