But see i can and i know i can...Everyone compilments me on my voice and said i said pretty...
Lol But no-one believe's in me..And i really want to be a singer.
Because Singing is my passion so far...

I think you should follow your dream. I really can't sing, but that doesn't stop me. My loved ones are use to it.

wow, I feel the same way! Ill be singing and out of nowhere people will be like "you sound amazing" or "you have a great voice" but then there are people who are like, " can you believe Lauren got into concert choir??" "I hate her voice" So you know what I say? screw everyone. :] Don't give up! If you really want to be famous, you need to know that it might never happen, but there's always a chance, so just make sure you go to college and get a degree in something else also, but you don't have to be famous to keep singing in your life. You could become a music teacher, join a community choir after high school(if you're still in it),join choir at a church(if you go to one) Just don't let people keep you down. Singing is my passion. I love it, and even going a day without singing would be awful for me. If I would've listen to other people then I would've quit choir and never sang again. I didn't though, and now I'm in the highest choir at my high school! Its pretty amazing. :]

If you really think you are a singer, join the chorus at school. Try out for musical plays at school or in community theater. You will soon know if you have what it takes to continue your dream.

I thinkk u should continue what u love. and if u look at bios of many celebs, they conitunued to sing because of their love to sing and and they proved everyone that they will become starts one day. which eventually happens. GO for extreme and become a star. If everyone compliments then u are a good singer..now u just have to prove to them what u can do.
good luck. being a singer is my dream too. but i did stop because i wasnt a good singer from the start lol. god has given u god voice. cherish it and share ur talent with everyone.

well amber first off believe in yourself dont let other people that you cant sing or bring you down because those are the people who ae image breakers. and i dont know you i believe you have an voice of an angel and i believe in you and i believe you can block out the negative energy people tryin to bring to you cause ma friend has the same goals and dream as you and she loves singin and wants to become 1 imma tell you like i tell her go for your dream and don t let no tell u otherwise. Now Amber, if you really want to know the truth, find a good vocal coach,....tell the coach what you need, especially emphasizing you want to know the truth. If the vocal coach sees talent in you, that person will hear it. By the way, are you still in school? If so, go to the choir director, and have them help you. First find out if you have talent,......come up with a good plan, and chase your dreams. If you chase your dreams,.....look out for the sharks. Another thing you might consider joining a church choir, a black church choir,.....they have the most talented singers I have ever heard.

I would recommend against it. I don't think it's really honest work where you can grow and build your character. It's sort of like cheating to get ahead, that's just the way I see it.

American Idol makes me sick, along with the fact that so many people could watch it.

Start by making demo tapes and sending them off to producers. You aren't going to get started in a career by sitting on your butt or hoping to get a big shot on AMERICAN Idol or Star Search. Be a go getter. If you really want this, and believe in yourself, then you will be dedicated and strong enough to see your dreams through.

You can do whatever you want to, but you confused me a little bit. People say that you CAN'T sing, but then... people say that you have a beautiful voice and you CAN sing. Hmm...? Well good luck!
