You need to read a book. Wicca is a religion just like being a Christian. Some people that practice "witchcraft" are just doing a part of their religion, kind of like Christian's pray. Some even worship the same God (aka Jesus) and also a Goddess. Wiccans can be straight, bisexual, or lesbians and the religion is open to them.
Witchcraft has nothing to do with the occult or anything bad like that.
