I assume I need buy a microphone to record and playback voice. Can you recommend least expensive microphone?

None of them are expensive. If you read the specs on the back of the packages, they all spec out about the same. The price difference is mainly the earphone size and padding. Get the combination headphone / mic as it cost about the same as just the mic.
