YES! I started dilating 3 weeks ago at 30 weeks and spent one night in the hospital for ultrasound, steroid shots to mature the baby's lungs, and to be monitored for contractions. I'm now on complete bedrest until 35-36 weeks when the baby should be big enough and healthy enough to come home if she's born then.
Please call your OB immediately, or have their answering service page the physician on-call. You will likely be sent directly to the hospital to be examined and may be admitted if what you suspect is true.
The good news is that there are a lot of reasons you could be experiencing discomfort right now; your baby is going through a rapid growth spurt and that means so are you!

CONGRATULATIONS!
I'm not real sure what that feeling is, but I don't think it means you are dialating. I have 4 children. I remember having that feeling and I didn't start dialating that early with any of them. I think that pinching feeling actually has something to do with the position the baby is in.

Yes. ask your doctor to do an internal exam if you are dialating they will put you on bed rest and monitor you. I started dialating at 30 weeks I did not deliver until a week past my due date! But it is always better to be safe

The actual dialation itself you wont feel. You will have no idea when you have dialated and when you havnt. The pinching your feeling is your body stretching kind of a growing pain you might say.

You can dilate at any stage of pregnancy, but too early is very dangerous and I would see your doctor if you think you are having early signs of labor. The pinching you are describing might be the ligaments stretching. I had some of that with my pregnancies and that's what I was told.

It can happen, but that's a bit early. Take it easy until you can see your doctor, don't stay on your feet more than you need to, don't lift heavy objects or otherwise strain yourself. But do get in to see the doctor as soon as you can to be on the safe side.

I would call your OB & schedule an appointment.
You may or may not be experiencing pre-term labor.
The only one who can confirm the present issue, is your doctor.

You cannot feel yourself dialate.
Go to the hospital Labor and Delivery floor and get checked out.
