If the outside temperature (the temperature surrounding the fridge) stays below 70, I would give the temperature inside about 12 hours to rise above a safe point IF the door is kept closed.

Depending on the ambient temperature that your reefer is located, the rise in temp. may vary. If you are going to transport the frig, then do not open it, and move it quickly. In normal situations, I would move and restore power asap. By the way, and within the law of thermal dynamics, your inside reefer temperature will RISE not fall :) For an extended period without power, try a piece of dry ice.
