I'd like to be in a group of similar talent and that can prove their talent of whichever it would be, whether thought deflection, premonition, high % probability forecast, varied kinetics, etc, etc. and would like to know where I can find these groups of similar talented people.

Seriously: Try bookstores where they sell books on that subject. Chances are they have a bulletin board with meetings like that posted.
