Get a Chi flat iron, they're the BEST, that's what the professionals use. You can also use a ceramic round brush while you're blow drying & blowdry it straight. Or you could put your hair in large rollers, let your hair dry completely & then comb out straight (you'll get lots of volume this way)

Try a hair straigher product, or a flat iron every time that you dry your hair.
If you want to get rid of it try going to a professional for advice without risking damaging your hair.

get a magic strait perm. it's stronger than a regular strait perm. and it wont get wavy after you're hair is wet. you can probably do this in a hair salon for about... $500? o_o i dont no. you can also buy the product, but to use it, you'll probably need a friend to help you... ;) i don't think north america sells strait hair perms that much.... but korea has plenty! i've done it before...
