I used one at a verizon kiosk. The top portion of the phone is touch sensitive, and very hard to use. There are no push in buttons so every tap makes the phone do something. The slide out keypad is flat keys and also very heard to use. My friends that work there also said that the phone is crap, and they are supposed to sell it!

I had it but i returned it for something else...its a nice lil phone but it get complicated and u cant be heavy handed or it will make u want to drive over it with ure car....if u go to a verizon store they might have one on display that is activated and working...(i was playin with it and makin prank phone calls.lol.) that way u can see for ure self if it can work for u. the front bottons are even more touch sensitive than the iPod. so u might want to keep a pencil handy if u get it.
