He has diharria but it doesnt seem as bad as wet tail- or stink that bad . Although he is very sick and has been sleeping a lot and looks like hes in pain. He wakes up gradually when we need to give him his medicine and has a little drink of water . But he rarley eats and is loosing a lot of wieght. Im really worried and wanna save his life.

If it's not wettail he should overcome it with the right care. do not wake him unless it is necessary for feeding the medicine or food. make sure he's in a quiet, draft-free area--no direct sunlight. dont make him come out or play. u can add some children's plain not flavored pedialyte (found at grocer or walmart, most anywhere) to his water bottle to help with dehydration. u can feed it with an eyedropper if need be. dont feed him any fruits or veggies until he's better. how much did u give him before? when u start back make sure its only about a 1/2 in piece once or twice a day---no more, less is fine. no lettuce. make sure his hamster food says at least 15% protein.
diarrhea is caused by overfeeding wet foods and stress so those things need to be changed.

sorry your hamster is ill but you have done your best and hamsters only live to 1 or 2 at the most
